We want you to love your Valkara. If you change your mind, you may return an item under the conditions below.

Withdrawal period — you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.

Condition — items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
